This is a bolt on kit with no machining required. Pistons us pump or race gas. Everything is new in the original packaging. We are an authorized distributor and the original manufacturers warranty applies.

***We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend that this kit be installed by a qualified mechanic with experience working on these types of motors. Pistons come with specific instructions for setting ring gap. If you do not follow these your motor will fail. Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, improper tuning, improper break in, or misuse. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent to us for inspection. We can not warranty any parts based on phone calls or photos alone.
