For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must be sent to us for inspection, no exceptions. We can not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, or what another mechanic says is the problem alone. We stand behind what we sell but there is a process for warranties that has to be followed. If buyer does not want to wait for warranty inspection they have the right to purchase another item at a discounted rate and then have that money refunded to them when/if parts are received and determined to be faulty.
