*Why Titanium: There is a myth in our industry that Chromoly is the best material to make fasteners from. It is just that a myth. But isnt Titanium more brittle than Chromoly? Yes, but that doesnt mean Titanium is brittle, or isnt the strongest common use material known to man. It is just more brittle in one aspect than Chromoly, but not by much. There are several factors to consider when determining the strength of a material, and in most of those respects Ti is better. Titanium has a higher tensile strength than Chromoly, it is also FAR MORE resistant to heat and corrosion than Chromoly, and it is HALF THE WEIGHT of Chromoly. Even better, our Titanium fasteners COST THE SAME OR LESS THAN CHROMOLY. The simple truth is that both materials are more than strong enough to withstand the heat and tension any powersports vehicle generates. In one or two areas Chromoly may be stronger, but overall the Ti fastener is a better-quality product. WeALWAYS STRONGLYrecommend this be done by a qualified, experienced mechanic.STUD WARRANTY: If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will send an entire new stud kit. No other parts or any labor are included, and it cannot be converted to a refund or discount on any order. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent back to us for inspection. We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or another mechanic’s assessment alone.
