We can not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, or what another mechanic says is the problem alone. We stand behind what we sell but there is a process for warranties that has to be followed. If buyer does not want to wait for warranty inspection they have the right to purchase another item at a discounted rate and then have that money refunded to them when/if parts are received and determined to be faulty.
